Special Gantry Crane

 

 

This type of crane is a special gantry crane developed based on the use requirements and process conditions of subway and mining construction, combined with general gantry cranes. It is specially used for flipping mud and lifting pipe segments during subway construction. The crane consists of a gantry, a trolley running mechanism and a hydraulic flipping mechanism, a trolley running mechanism, a driver’s cab and electrical equipment.

 

There are many types of bridge cranes and gantry cranes that are made for different applications and usages in terms of equipment structure price and quality. Bridge cranes also have double beams and single beams. Large tonnage cranes generally using double beams. Bridge cranes with high working levels generally use metallurgical cranes.
