5XZ Grain Fusarium Disease Grain Selector is a product developed with advanced technology and equipment design. The main function is to separate grains according to density to remove grains that are not fully mature, affected by insects, fusarium disease, mildew or germinated. It can also separate impurities with similar size to grains but with some differences in weight, such as side-by-side stones. Fusarium Disease Grain Selector is also an ideal equipment for the sorting and grading of melon seeds, tea leaves, etc.

 

Features

The fan system consists of a single fan, which is easy to repair and maintain, and the air volume of each fan is individually adjustable. A layer of honeycomb vertical air intake equalization device is configured between the work surface and the box body, which not only keeps the air intake direction unchanged, but also makes the air evenly distributed throughout the work surface.

 

The screen of the work surface is a square steel wire woven mesh, and there is no bottom mesh, which facilitates air to pass through the table without forming a dead zone.The work surface is supported by two gas springs, which are easy and quick to open and close, and convenient for checking components such as the vibration device in the wind chamber.

 

The self-driving shaft is used as a counterweight, and the inertia force generated by the reciprocating motion of the work surface is offset by the mutual movement with the work surface. Therefore, the machine only needs to consider its own weight when it is installed.
